They’ll notice a QR code printed on their physical receipt. To access the electronic version of their ticket and benefit from its advantages, all they have to do is scan the QR code using their camera-equipped smartphone.
They get their e-ticket and loyalty points back: After scanning the QR code, your customers will be redirected to the Billiv mobile application.
