Easyshop payment terminal configuration #
To configure your payment terminal, you’ll need :
- Minimum version required for connection: parameters > control panel > terminal information
Minimum SDK for TETRA: SDK 11.16.8 (I) for Ingenico DESK 5000 payment terminal
- Activate the cashier connection in the payment terminal settings.
Start by pressing “Settings
Then press “Control Panel”.
Then go to “Cashier Login”.
Finally, press “Active”.
- To obtain your device’s IP address, go to “Control Panel”, then “Terminal settings”.
ATTENTION: The IP address of the payment terminal must be fixed on the router.
Go to “Means of communication”.
And finally, press “Ethernet”.
You’re then presented with your device’s IP address
- Connection port for Ingenico DESK 5000 payment terminal: 8888
- Version to be used for the Ingenico DESK 5000 payment terminal: Concert V3.0.0
If activating the connection to the cash register is not enough, you need to update the terminal or contact the supplier.
Connect to your Easyshop Cashier #
- Go to Settings > Modules > Gestion des TPE > Activate the “Ingenico” module (free)
- Go to configuration
- Enter the IP address of your TPE connection
- Go to “Means of payment” > and click on “Add new”.
- You can then select a payment type > Choose Ingenico > All you have to do is add it so that it appears at the time of collection.
