Cash flow #
To benefit from this feature, please activate the “Cash flow” module.
With this feature, you’ll be able to track your money movements.
Track your supplier payments, bank your remittances or monitor the value of your gift vouchers and credit notes,
- Go to the application side menu
- Press the “Cash flow” button
- You can then “View movements” and consult all your cash inflows and outflows at a specific date.
- In this menu, you can also export these data
→ Available as CSV and PDF files
→ You can also print them
- You can also move money
→ This can be a “Money In” or a “Money Out”.
- For a cash receipt, enter the amount you wish to receive, validate and justify with a comment.
- For a cash withdrawal, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, validate and justify with a comment.
To take advantage of the cash float, please activate the “Cash float management” module.
This feature lets you manage your cash float.
There are 3 ways to organize your cash float
1. Manual input
→ Each time you open the cash register, set the amount of your float
2. Recurring float
→ Define a fixed float, which will be filled in automatically each time you open a new account.
3. Automatic deferral
→ Your “total cash on hand” obtained when closing your till becomes the next day’s float.
If you wish to use this feature, activate the “Française des jeux” module.
→ the button will then be added to the application’s side menu (press the Easyshop logo, top left), “Cash flow”.
This will enable you to move money around.
Back to the “Cash float management” module
You’ll use this module to define your float.
- Module description: fill in a cash float / carry it forward automatically / make cash outflows and inflows.
- Enter your float
- Automatic daily deferral
- Move money

- You can find this module in the application’s side menu (press the application logo at the top left of your screen). Its name is “Flux d’argent”.
- You can also access it by clicking on “Access configuration”, the blue button in the top right-hand corner after clicking on the module.
You have 3 choices:
- Automatic carry-over: the “total cash on hand” obtained at the close of your cash register will become the next day’s cash float.
- Recurring cash float: define a fixed cash float, which will be filled in automatically each time you open a new account.
- Manual entry: define the amount of your float each time you open a cash register.
