How do I use the Article Pack? #
To create one, you must of course have activated the corresponding module, i.e. “Article pack”.
- Press “+”, then a white square, then “Create product”.
- Complete the line visible on the receipt
→ Fill in Line 1 of the button (optional)
→ Fill in Line 2 of the button (optional)
- You can add a color to your buttons, and even an image.
→ To do this, press the icon next to “Button background color”.
→ To add an image, press the icon next to “Image button”.
→ To do this, please activate the “Images” module
- Fill in the sales price including VAT of your pack
→ It is possible to add several tariffs to the same product. To do this, activate the “Multi tariffs” module.
- Include products in your pack
→ A minimum of 2 items is required to create a pack
Use the Article Pack #
If you had previously activated “Track product stock” and “Show product stock” on your items, then a notification bubble will appear above your pack with the stock you had defined for this product.
With each pack sold, the stock will gradually diminish!
Good to know: your pack’s stock tracker will always display the stock of the product with the least stock.
- The article pack can also be useful for statistical purposes
→ If the products included in the pack belong to the same article/supplier family, then the number of products sold and sales will be added to that family
→ If the products included in the pack belong to different families, then the number of products sold and sales will be added to the corresponding families/suppliers.
