Create them #
To use them, please activate the “Options and extras” module.
Thanks to this function, you can create free or paid proposals for your products.
Options are free additions to your articles
→ Cooking meat
Supplements are paid additions to your articles.
→ A cheese
- Go to your settings
- Find the “Options and extras” tab
- Press “Add a group” and give it a name
The two types of options #
Now that you’ve created a group of supplements, you need to create the options that will make it up.
- Press your supplement group
- “Add a new supplement
- Choose between “Create a new option” and “Use an existing one” (if the option has already been created).

- You can limit the maximum selectable quantity
→ A diabolo limited to 1 syrup
“Use an existing one” #
- You can “Choose an existing option”.
→ For this, you need to have already created options
→ Useful if you want to start from an option you’ve already created, saves you having to recreate it over and over again
- You can limit the maximum selectable quantity
→ A two-meat taco, you will limit the selection of meats to 2
The two types of supplements #
If you want to create supplements then,
- Press your supplement group
- “Add a new supplement
- Choose between “Create a new supplement” and “Use an existing one” (if the supplement has already been created).

“Create a new supplement #
- You can “Create a new supplement” and fill in its VAT and tax-inclusive price.
→ It can also be assigned an article family
- You can “Set a custom price for this supplement only”.
→ Useful for differentiating between a supplement that will be included and free of charge in a formula, and the same supplement that will be charged on a single item.
- You can limit the maximum selectable quantity
→ A galette with the option of adding up to 3 eggs
“Use an existing one #
- You can “Choose a supplement or an existing product”.
→ Choose from supplements or even existing products
- You can “Set a custom price for this supplement only”.
→ Useful for differentiating between a supplement that will be included and free of charge in a formula, and the same supplement that will be charged on a single item.
- You can limit the maximum selectable quantity
→ A pizza on which up to 4 cheeses can be added
Use them #
- Go to the product creation form
→ “List of supplement groups”
→ “Add / delete groups”
→ Select the options and/or extras you want to add
- When you click on an item with supplements, you can choose the supplement you wish to add and even leave a note.
→ Blue cheese sauce, but only on his meat, not on his fries
